Obsidian, the developer for West St south and the proposed 200 homes, has withdrawn their application. HART would like to thank all those that have supported us in rejecting this inappropriate development in Tollesbury. With over 800 objection letters submitted it shows again that people power can work. We have seen off Gladman and now Obsidian but Welbeck are still on the horizon with their plans for West St north.
If you haven’t already submitted an objection letter for West St north there is still time as Welbeck have requested an extension to the expiry date.
